Tests for character utils
Converted / passing unit tests for CharacterUtils class in Analysis.Common.
CharacterUtils did not require any changes for the tests to pass, just needed
some additional implementations in Character helper class.
As part of this check in also added Analysis.Common and its tests to the
Lucene.Net solution but with code files without tests or compilation being
excluded from the project.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
