@NightOwl888 I apologise for the delayed response. Thanks for the ideas
with pros and cons. I've been busy at work with another project but will start
working on the script today. Also, work on solution with some examples about
the native/managed package Lucene.Net.Analysis.Common. my current approach is
to use nuget.targets inside of ICU.net package similar to how libgit2sharp
ships their NuGet package with native and managed components.
