Shad You need to go to https://id.apache.org and in log in with your Apache committer credentials. Your Apache address just acts as a forward to a real email address so you need to make sure that you have a valid email address set under the forwarding email address field in order for this to work.
Looking at the failure notice it looks like you just typo’d owed your own user ID in your test (extraneous w after night?)?
