: Here's a proposed draft for the first report to the ASF Board of Directors on : the newly established Apache Lucy project.
I would suggest creating a dir in svn for keeping board reports, so that any and all committers can add/tweak the reports at any point during the reporting period w/o having to worry about suggestions (or typo fixes) getting lost in email. then the Chair can just review whats in SVN prior to the reporting deadline, make any judgement calls about things that are missing (or should be removed) and submit. -Hoss
