Thanks for your interest in MADlib.

MADlib 1.16 released binaries do not support greenplum 6. We are hoping to
support greenplum 6 in a future release.
An alternative is that you can build madlib from source and compile against
gpdb6. Instructions can be found on the wiki

Also do you mind sharing your use case for using MADlib with greenplum 6 ?
