Upon reviewing the MLP module code coverage metrics produced by running
`madpack -s madlib -p postgres install-check -t convex/mlp`, the following is
revealed:
- `mlp_igd_merge::run` is not tested
- The `relu` (rectified linear unit) activation is not tested
- The negative case testing for an invalid activation is not tested
