DT: Add option to treat NULL as category
This commit adds an option to treat NULL as a level in the categorical
feature. The level is added as a string (instead of a NULL value) to
ensure MADlib arrays don't have NULLs in them during the binning
procedure.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
