It just so happens that I assist with Apache Jenkins support for the Apache HAWQ (incubating) project. I requested access from the mentor (The great, powerful and kind Roman). It is he who granted me access to the Apache Jenkins service. It is through that privilege that I was able to trigger a MADlib master build to get the project back to a green state. I'm not sure how many team members on the Apache MADlib project have access to this service, but I suggest there are at least a few to assist with its maintenance.
