I don't think we have a hard deadline other than some rough sentiment that "April-ish" would be nice. No need to force an unnatural stopping point. At the same time I imagine we're all aware that there's never going to be a stopping point unless we make ourselves make one, so, as long as everyone's earnestly trying to draw that line soon, cool.
If it's a month before you can get back on it, I'd say just pick up 399 after 0.5 then, unless you think the current state is unreleasable.
