Never mind, I generated my local copy of math javadocs using:

mvn javadocs:javadocs

I was able to get to the Matrix package, and to the documentation of
DoubleMatrix1D and DoubleMatrix2D classes.

However, the issue of 404 for certain math classes from Mahout API docs
given on Mahout's website still remains.
