Hello apmail,

Not sure if this is the right process, but after reading
http://www.apache.org/dev/committers.html#infrastructure-public-communications
I believe you might be able to help.

We are trying to add [email protected] as a moderator for user@ and
[email protected]. I do not have access to the indicated files in
~apmail. Are you able to make this change?

Best,
Sean
