The NaN in the radius is a red herring. This computation only uses the
representative points computed for the cluster. In this case, the cluster
center is ok as are the other identical rep points. Why those points ever got
assigned to that cluster is also a mystery, but given that cosine distance
seems to think they are identical I am not too surprised.
