JIRA issue has been resolved Google was putting the emails from JIRA to SPAM. CMS menu for anonymous seems to be different to the one mentioned at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcDZN3Lu6HA will check how to overcome this and upload the new template. Also fyi it seems CMS post via anonymous usage doesn't work either and also the automatic notification via email, I guess there is a minor misconfiguration issue there which needs to be fixed by the admins.
