[~andrew.musselman] [~smarthi] Can you please provide a bit more context wrt.
to what exactly you discussed - preferably including pointers to the Hadoop
docs/ JavaDoc your work is based on? If there are no docs, at least a brief
summary, maybe involving a sketch in the form of a diff of what direction your
patch would take might be helpful to Frank to catch up and help you out here.
