infra, i suppose. they are supposed to maintain that, but either they did
not do it, or akm committed before they had a chance to do it. (but
authors.txt does not have it still, http://git.apache.org/authors.txt).
Anyway, even after they fix it, svn history now needs to be rewritten in
order for git-svn to work again, and i am not sure at all how to do it with
svn .
