People have stated on public forums that 1.0 is in process, which is true
even if we take time to clean/trim in a point release before launching 1.0.

I will be happy with any version numbering plan if we continue to improve
and make progress, while I lean toward cutting a 0.10 release in the next
four months or so that includes lots more bugs filed and fixed along with
what we have in the queue.
