So if anyone cares, the way this example will be managed requires people to
"watch" changes on github. There will likely not be changes to the
clone/manifest script, which is the only object checked in to the Mahout repo.
Bugs, commits, and pull requests will be managed from the solr-recommender
github repo, not Mahout's repo.
