[~robinanil] according to svn, you have been the original author of fpgrowth.
What do you think with regards to keeping it in the codebase? Do you have time
to maintain it in the future? To be honest, I'm in favor of removing this code
(we already thought about it in 0.9). Would like to hear your opinion on this.
