Hi,
I'm trying to run Mahout 0.9 by Oozie on hdp2.1 (hadoop 2.4).
trainnb fails with Exception in thread "main"
java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError: Found interface
org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.JobContext, but class was expected.
I compiled Mahour-trunk downloaded from here
https://github.com/apache/mahout/archive/trunk.zip and compiled it with
"mvn clean install -Dhadoop2 -Dhadoop.2.version=2.4.0 -DskipTests=true".
Still getting the error...
Any idea what's wrong with it? Thanks!
