[~ssc] (or whomever wants to) could you please take a look at PR #1 on github?
I need at least one review to continue. I want to commit it in order not to
diverge too much, it will be more difficult the longer i wait.
This does not finalize issue w.r.t Stratosphere model (especially its
multi-sink model) but we can tackle that later once they are closer to what
they said they'd do. thanks.
