Frankly, it only needs an iterator and ordinal access. GenSeq seemed to be the
very base trait that defined apply(idx). So hence. The rest of things are not
needed (at least not now), so yes, let's drop GenSeq and define a trait that
extends Iterator and has apply(idx):T
