I attached the first version of our documentation as a markdown file.
We included the general usage, an example and details about the implementation
in mahout. Furthermore we added a whole section about the theoretical
background of the mlp where we try to explain the overall principles without
going too much into detail. Especially the parts on gradient descent and
backpropagation are very superficial since we think the documentation should
not be a resource to fully understand the the MLP but get a quick grasp on the
rough principles.
Happy to get some feedback and compile a final version!
