No, I do not see them as a duplicates, since maven/pom solution is quicker and
more likely to make it in for 0.10.0, while migration to sbt although will have
resolution of this as consequence, but it is more risky and requires more
effort so, I'd treat and keep them separately. First fix in maven, and then
work on migration to sbt.
