Yeah- it may be as simple as removing the /lib directory- needs to be
revisited.. we should discuss the possibility removing "MAHOUT_LOCAL" at some
point and limiting the scope of the dependencies to "provided". Not pressing
for 0.11.1 so I've moved it to 1.0.0. Not sure if that is right.
