Hey all,

I've been on the road- just saw these.

Iirc the mathjax was not rendering properly on the "old" site (keeping in
mind the version you are seeing now, is being compiled by Jekyll, NOT the
CMS system, the 'accidental' launch of earlier this year forced us to
change over, and we just kind of restored a back up so all of the links
worked.)

However, I specifically recall, while working on the Jeckyll migration,
seeing Mathjax "start" working on pages we ported.

For instance- the "ported" version of d-ssvd is
http://mahout.apache.org/docs/0.13.1-SNAPSHOT/algorithms/linear-algebra/d-ssvd.html

So to answer original question- yes, it all should be fixed when the site
is redone.

The two questions then are:
when will the plumbing get changed over? (dustin and pono have been working
this)
but more specifically, when will the site redesign be done. The person
redsigning said he joined dev, but I'm under the impression he never did
successfully (maybe didn't reply to the subscribe email) because I've never
seen him chime in. Last I talked to him was a month ago I think, and a new
version of Jekyll just launched so he was very busy migrating all of his
paying clients.

After tomorrow- my schedule clears up significantly. I'm hoping to have
some serious cycles for getting the website migraiton back on track as well
as rebooting the 0.13.1 release.
