Thanks  @akm, @all the release issues are trivial now.  Everything is ready to 
release, and RC builds.  I'm running on a Mac and just updated.  It may just be 
a question of restating the key-server there may have been some security 
updates that locked down access to gpg keys.  It's only a question if days 
though since I've also got thenflu and a bad respritory issue on top of my 
usual health problems.  Just wanted to keep yo all posted.  There are 
instructions to release in an open PR IF anyone's really itching to get RC3 
out.  Hit me up if you do want to do this, since I have started some other step 
by step notes, but I should be able to in the next day or two.
