I am currently using it with forced acls, but there is number of repositories 
(for example: Alfresco and many opensource systems) which can integrate with 
LDAP and *should* work with this connector too.
Most LDAP integrations uses it to authenticate, and fetch group names user 
belongs to for authorization. I such case - this connector will work just fine 
as it does same thing.
