I've committed both a pass to get the formatting consistent with the rest of
ManifoldCF, and also introduced session management, which should allow sessions
to operate on timescales independently of connection lifetimes. Note that
we've had problems in the past with the active directory authority because the
reconnect() method does not actually work under some conditions for Active
Directory. You might want to try the LDAP authority over time periods longer
than your LDAP session timeout to see how this connector behaves under those
conditions.
