Apparently there is no actual way to set cookies via a cookie store. So even
though we add cookies to the store, they are not REALLY added. The httpclient
code on trunk is also markedly different in this regard and does things a whole
new way. There does not seem to be a way to do it with 4.2.2. There is a
4.2.2 example that does not compile, but that is about it.
I will have to post to the httpcomponents list (or open a ticket) to see if
there's a workaround. Really shocking.
