well the username/password that is associated with job definitely has read
access to the documents, otherwise they can't be retrieved. other than that i
don't see a way to differentiate security levels. so i guess it would be one
job per security persona (or group) and those could have forced metadata which
pushes in the ID of "who" got it.
there is a bit in the REST documentation here:

under

but its not brilliant either.
