These are all present in the hadoop-common jar, so what is clearly the problem
is that the ManifoldCF class loader is not involved in finding the meta
information, because the current class context loader is what is used. So all
we need to do is override the class loader for the initial access to FileSystem
and it should work.

These are all present in the hadoop-common jar, so what is clearly the problem
is that the ManifoldCF class loader is not capable of finding the meta
information from jars in connector-lib. This may or may not be easily
addressed; researching now.
