http://manifoldcf.apache.org/release/trunk/en_US/how-to-build-and-deploy.html I had some issues (about increasing SHMMAX value for instance) when I was trying to install MCF and there is no information about it. I wrote the rest of the article from the MCF's documentation. Actually, I disabled autovacuum configuration as mentioned in the MCF documentation. Also, unfortunately our MCF still is not at the production level.
