Please vote on whether to release the ManifoldCF plugin for SharePoint 2013, version 0.1, RC0.

It has been tested on-site in one location and found to work. The code is identical to the most recent MCF plugin for SharePoint 2010, except that it is built against a SharePoint 2013 DLL. This vote is mainly about verifying all the package materials, so that we can include the plugin and SharePoint 2013 support in the MCF 1.7 release. Vote will remain open at least 72 hours.
