The documentum authority has a case-insensitivity radio button, instead of the
mapper. I think the mapper can supercede this too, because the productions
allow mapping to upper or lower case. But I think that the documentum
authority also strips the domain off as a matter of course, and it probably
shouldn't do that anymore. Will look into getting rid of any implicit
modifications of this kind.
