I found how to write shutdown handler correctly at [the
link|https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?format=multiple&id=416577]. It
seems that shutdown handler have to handle contexts handler. With attached
patch which use setExitJvm=true (this calls Systems.exit(0) though), when
running stop-combined.sh, I didn't see any exception.
