thanks for the detailed comment.
I'll checkout CONNECTORS-1060 branch and add the IT tests following your
instructions; I'll commit on SVN until I figure out how I can push from github
via https://github.com/apache/manifoldcf (I still get permission denied, need
to figure out how to configure it); SVN should work just fine.
