Code is now completed. You can try it by checking out
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/manifoldcf/branches/CONNECTORS-1130, and
building according to the directions in how-to-build-and-deploy. I have tested
the UI pieces, but the actual seeding I have not tested.
Please try this out and let me know what happens. Bear in mind that the schema
this branch will be using is beyond the released MCF 2.0 schema, so please
confine yourself to using the local HSQLDB instance in the example, to avoid
unfortunate upgrading for your production database.
