For us this patch causes that almost no metadata fields are received from
Sharepoint (Sharepoint 2015, ManifoldCF 2.3) (include all metadata is set to
true with path pattern /*)
And the metadata that is returned, is named with the display names, which is a
change compared to the prior behavior.
