[~cguzel]: It is clearly not using multipart forms, and we have to figure out
why. Can you add enough logging diagnostics to ModifiedSolrHttpClient so we
can figure out the path each document is taking through the code? I honestly
cannot see why it would not us multipart forms; this has been working for years
now.
