Piergiorgio Lucidi resolved CONNECTORS-1501.

    Fix Version/s:     (was: ManifoldCF next)
                   ManifoldCF 2.10

Resolved in the r1828986.

Added a new XSL template dedicated to render the dynamic banner for Apache 
events.

I have also updated the favicon with the new logo of the feather.
