[~kwri...@metacarta.com], yes. I actually did provide the sample code and as
you can see on the logs, it does work. So something else seems to be broken in
the client code. We need to find that bug and fix it.
[~erlendfg], can you take my sample code and perform the POST to your endpoint?
The server will reject the body, but that doesn't matter because we want to
test the transport anyway.
