All svn mirrors are currently out of sync, and this has been communicated to all involved projects on September 10th[1]. We expect to resume the mirror service within a few weeks, but have no solid ETA yet, as it relies on other services being moved to a new data center first. Once the mirror service is back in action, we'll add manifoldcf to the list of mirrors to recreate.
