Sure, but IMO the first page of the wiki (Main_Page) should be changed ASAP to indicate that the wiki is for more than developers.
Even if all the stuff for developers stays on that page, the headline and the bits at the top should be changed to be more inclusive, and point people to other parts of the wiki, where they exist -- the new Marketing page, and the page for user help, which is at the very bottom of the main page where it's easily overlooked, especially by anyone who doesn't get past the first paragraph or two.
I'm spending so much time talking about this (when I should be doing more urgent things), I might as well pop over to the wiki and change the main page myself, right now, today.
