Ben,I'll respond directly to the sender. OOo is interested in training and support, at least in the creation of criteria that could be used by organizations doing support/training; OOo doesn't do it itself, at least not officially.
We do list organizations (companies, nonprofits, etc.) offering support, including training, at http://support.openoffice.org/. We list there for-fee and free organizations.
