[Marketing] permission to use snippet of text?

Hello,
     I am currently developing a site to promote the adoption of  
Open- and Star- Office.  I would like to use the description of  
openoffice found on your "about" page  
(http://about.openoffice.org/index.html).
     In order to show you what I have in mind, I have placed the site  
online.  After whatever review process you undertake, please let me  
know if I can use the quotation (linked and cited) on my site.
