Hello there at OO's Marketing Department, yesterday we've launched the first open version of Qunu; today I am busy contacting all those companies whose products I am using to get them interested in our new baby. Why? Because we developed Qunu to help software companies reduce their tech support volume, foster the community spirit and just contribute to a more satisfying experience for those using OpenOffice/Win, and that includes... me. :)
So, without much ado, here are two links: 1) http://alpha.qunu.com/search/openoffice It loads the website (be patient), directs the request to our server and then shows you available experts for your software product - right now it's probably just me, but you'll get the idea. 2) http://www.qunu.com This is our main website, of course, with more info, feedback forms, RSS feed, you name it - and it's there in German and English. As one tends to get a bit myopic over time, we really need your feedback to improve the product. The idea in the end is to get companies to integrate Qunu into their own software applications, so that instant help is available right from within (in this case) OpenOffice.
