if I interpret the recent Office 2007 Review in FCW correctly, you can
simply propose (submit) a review of your own. The Office 2007 review is
written by a P Marchall with an e-mail address at 101com.com. This
suggests the editor accepts outside contributions.
I think you can simply write a short outline of a review and send it to
the Editor with a view lines about why you have the expertise to write
such a review and why the FWC readers need to read about the topic. The
Editor should get back to you if he is interested or not. Then you write
the article (review) and submit it. The editor might make some changes
according to his editing practice and space limitations, etc.
Voila, you became an author and OOo had another article published,
raising awareness.
