Within my legal knowledge, that this would appear to be a trademark issue
and would advise OpenOffice.org/Sun Microsystems lawyers to take a look into
this.

On another note, I definitely would not purchase ANYTHING from a site where
they can't spell a simple word like "license". Even in other forms of
English, "license" is not spelled "licence". Bogus and I apologize for all
of you that purchased it. It's always a free download at openoffice.org!
