During a sessions I had with the national university in Paraguay about a
migration strategy from OpenOffice.org.
The site from the Ranger police have the statement of OpenOffice.org right
on their homepage althought in Spanish, they state the succesful migration
and adoption of modern technology with the goal of make their processes
more efficient.
