I am, but I believed it was for big expenses only. Now, after reading
it, I honestly wonder how to proceed, and more relevant, I think the CC
will never decide in time (last year it was messy already).

I had contact with some others and there will be a CFP shortly on
various lists. And funding follows the outcome of that.
The problem is, when you book a plane + hotel, you need to do so long
time ago ( means , approximatively now), else, the prices are growing,
and the projects spends money for nothing.
We don't expect major problems with possibly higher prices.
So .. I wonder whether this is not too late already (and I'll stop for
several days in one or two hours)
... but this does not avoid me to wish you a Happy New Year for 2009 :)
